Commercial Dog Walking on Military Access Land

As of 1st April 2020 all CDW must obtain a license from Landmarc Solutions.

Under Aldershot and District Military Lands Byelaws 1976: Currently it is illegal to engage in or carry on any trade or business of any nature whatsoever (Sect 4 (3)).

Any person who commits an offence against any Byelaw shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding £500.

Also, more importantly, if they don't have a license then any Dog Walking Insurance becomes null and void while on military land.

The new Commercial Dog Walking Licence comes into force from 1st April 2020.
